AY 2018-19 (FY 2017-18) – Domestic Companies & Firms


Domestic Company:

a. Income-tax:
- income <50 crores -25% of total income.
- income >50 crores -30% of total income.
b. Surcharge (Income exceeds 1 Crore): 7% of Income Tax
c. Surcharge (Income exceeds 10 Crores): 12% of Income Tax
d. Cess - EC & SHEC:  3% of the total of Income-tax and Surcharge

Firms:
a. Income tax: 30% of total income.
b. Surcharge(Income exceeds 1 Crore): 12%
c. Cess - EC & SHEC: 3% of Income-tax.

0 to 2,50,000 : No Tax

2,50,001 to 5,00,000 : 5%

5,00,001 to 10,00,000 : 20%

Above 10,00,000 : 30%

0 to 3,00,000 : No Tax

3,00,001 to 5,00,000 : 5%
